Kickin’ Kayla is my name!!! Wait until you meet me and see how I go from pro wrestler to cuddlebug :) I am a sweet, mixed breed pup living in Puerto Rico being cared for by the Puerto Rico Dog Fund (PRDF) until I have finished my vetting protocol and can go to my new home. I am a very healthy, happy, active puppy estimated to be 8 or 9 weeks old - that would make my birthday around Sept. 10th, 2023 - so I can fly to you as early as Thanksgiving week... what a thing to be thankful for!!!
Because my sisters and I were an unplanned litter, the team at PRDF does not know who our daddy is, but there is a 35lb., fluffy, black and brown dog in the neighborhood that seems to find all the un-spayed ladies (don't worry though... PRDF is spaying my mama and trying to catch daddy too!). My mama is a mix of all things wonderful about a Puerto Rican Sato, and is about 25 lbs and brown and tan in color. My coat has shepherd tendency and is a beautiful, fluffy soft, flowing (but still tighter) coat and, has a subtle black streaks here and there. We are all roudy when we play, and I love to go for a body slam move and then run like heck before they catch me!. But, I am a fan of the snuggles too, and enjoy being held up close while the PRDF team talks to me about all the wonderful things to come..
If you are looking for a new addition to your family, apply today! The PRDF team will be screening applicants and choosing my home soon. Although I am posted in NJ area, my team can fly me anywhere in the US for my perfect home, and that flight is already included in my adoption fee. Of course, I am too young to be spayed, so my family will need to take care of that important health milestone when I am old enough.
