My name is Pixie!

Meet Pixie! She is a fluffy and cute 6 year old, 10-lb Havanese who loves hanging out and being independent.

Her superpowers include being able to sprinkle her pixie dust of cuteness all through out the house. PIxie has a spunky personality and loves when her canine foster friends are around - she just can't wag her tail fast enough. She enjoys being around feline friends too. Pixie is still unsure of getting pets and does not tolerate being picked up, but she is warming up by sniffing her humans toes and wanting to be in the same room. She 100% loves being part of the family. Pixie is crate trained and sleeps in her crate every night. She is working on house training and will need a home with a securely fenced yard to assist her with this. She is low energy and a ball of joy. Some of her favorite things are eating treats, and watching TV with her foster family!

Pixie is going to need a patient adopter who will allow her to learn to trust humans again. If your family wants to help this girl blossom and allow her to show all who she can be in this world, Pixie is the gal for you! All of our animals come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and Bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
