My name is Kenton - $25 Bissell Sponsored Adoption Fee!!

Between May 1st and 15th, part of my adoption fee is sponsored! Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters campaign, my new family can take me home for $25!

Say hello to Kenton!

Kenton is a sweet and loyal 3 year old 32lb Beagle/Terrier mix. He is a little shy at first but is coming more and more out of his shell every day!

Kenton is very food motivated and loves to watch you eat with the cutest eyes and head tilt. He is very curious about the new smells and noises in the city. His favorite activity is to watch TV with his foster mom and chew on his raw-hide alternative chews, he LOVES them! Once he gets more comfortable he also loves to bring you his toys so you can play with him!

Despite all the new city discoveries, Kenton is doing so well on his daily walks. He rarely has accidents in the house once he gets more comfortable! He also knows how to use a Weewee pad.

Once Kenton warms up to you, he is a snuggly and most loyal companion. He will lean into you for naps and is the perfect cozy companion. If your household has children, Kenton would be great with older kids who understand how dogs are, but small children may be too much for this shy boy for now! He gets along with other dogs.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and Bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
