Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Darla
Darla is up for up for adoption because she was being neglected. Her previous owner was not abusive but could no longer properly care for her following the death of her spouse. Darla is a beautiful girl with a precious personality. She has a long, lean muscular body like a hound but the look and devotion of maybe a bird dog, including her freckles. Darla has a steady, stoic quality about her for such a young girl. She is obedient and quite intelligent. She knows basic commands. She still has some puppy energy and enjoys chasing the squirrels in the yard. Darla is crate and house trained. She hops into the car and rides well. She is in a house with other dogs and gets along with them. She is learning to get along with the cats but will chase if they bolt. She loves people and gets along well with kids. Darla will make such a great family dog!! She will love you and is a ready-made companion for a family.
