Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Marley
Marley is really something special. She is a dream in the home. She sticks right by your side, is extremely snuggly, and loves to hang out with you on the couch.
Marley is three years old and was surrendered by an older couple after she got into a fight with one of their other dogs. The couple decided to keep the older dog and selflessly surrendered the dog they felt would be easier to find a home. That said, Marley needs to be the only dog in the home.
The only issue we can think of is that Marley is reactive to other dogs when out on a walk, but we have assigned a dedicated volunteer, her shelter dog enrichment specialist, Judie, to work with Marley. Marley will get weekly field trips and training to help her to be the best girl she can be with the lucky folks who take her home.
Marley is medium energy. She does get her bursts of play, but for the most part is content hanging out.
If you are interested in giving Marley a forever home, please apply to adopt her at handsomedansrescue.org.
