My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

All About Animals Rescue is dedicated to saving companion animals whose lives are in jeopardy by providing rescue, foster and adoption services.

Rubi is a 12-13 year old tortoiseshell. She was abandoned and a neighbor found her. She went to the vet and needed 14 teeth pulled and the rest got cleaned. Her gums have toughened up and she can eat kibble again but prefers wet food. I give her both. The vet also found out that Rubi is diabetic. She requires a tiny dose of insulin twice a day. She is the best at receiving her injections. She had a follow up appointment with the vet and he said she was doing amazing! She is not a huge cuddler unless it’s on her terms (sounds like a cat to me, lol). She is a tiny little lady weighing in at 6.5 pounds. She loves to play and lay in the cat tower by the patio door. She has the cutest prance and will follow you everywhere. She has been through a lot in the last 4 months but is doing fantastic and is ready for her furever home. She gets along with other cats. Has not been exposed to any dogs or kids. She uses the litter box perfect and doesn’t scratch anything other than scratching posts. She is a very well behaved kitty

The adoption process consists of interviews with household members, an application and sometimes a home visit. There is a contractual agreement that the adopter will take over all medical care of the new pet and contact us if there is ever a time when they would need to give the pet up for adoption.

Adoption fees are as listed in each animals biography.

Please give us at least 48 hours to respond. Your email is important to us!
