My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Norma was rescued with her friend, Stormyy just before Hurricane Norma hit La Paz, BCS, Mexico. The two friends were hanging around a local restaurant, where the owners were feeding them. But with a hurricane approaching, they were worried about them being left out in the storm. Local rescuers took Stormy and Norma in to keep them safe. Norma is very friendly with people and is outgoing, affectionate and loves to be petted! She also loves to play and explore on her walks. Norma would make excellent famiily dog with her friendly temperament and loyal, loving personality.Norma is currently being fostered in San Diego, CA; and will be available at upcoming adoption event at PetSmart in Campbell on November 11th and November 12, 2023. Come meet Norma!

1.
Meet the Pet

First meet the pup or adult that you feel would fit into your family. Ask any questions in regards to the dog.

2.
Submit Application

If you would like to fill out an application you can do that on line at woofsandwagsdogrescue.rescuegroups.org or fill out the form at event

3.
Approve Application

At this point we interview and approve the application and at that point we can do the Adoption Contract if the adopter agrees.

Additional adoption info

Then we fill out the Adoption Contract and take a Happy Endings picture of the family.

Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue was founded by volunteers in San Diego. Our goal is to Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome dogs rescued from from San Diego and Baja California. We are a 501(c) Non-Profit. .Our dogs and puppies are kept in loving foster homes until they find their forever homes.
