Hi there! My name is Denzel! I was named that because the ladies who took me in at a local shelter thought I was a very suave, cool man. I'm easy-going, well-mannered, and sweet. I was abandoned locally with no shelter, food, or water and I was brought to a shelter back in August. While I was there, my foster mom worked with me and my puppy dog eyes worked! She took me home! I am crate trained and house trained, but still have accidents here and there. I am getting very comfortable falling asleep on a couch or one of the soft dog beds around the house! I live with an 8 year old boy and I've figured out that kids are pretty fun! I also live with four other dogs and they've been teaching me how to be a dog. I love kisses (giving and getting them), cuddles, treats, toys, and walk like a gentleman on a leash! I know how to sit very well, am learning some other basic commands, and come running when my name is called because it probably means food or something fun!

Submit Application

First you will need to submit an application on our website. Once your application is received we distribute to our volunteers to process.

2.
Home Check

This visit is a non dog meeting where a volunteer will meet with you and the members of your household to discuss the adoption process.

3.
Approve Application

Once you have been approved you will need to contact us via email or Facebook to add your name to the list for one of our dogs.

4.
Meet the Pet

Once your name comes up in the order of approved adopters, the foster will contact you to schedule a meeting.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once you have had a meet and greet you get 24 hours to think of weather you'd like to adopt. Both the foster and adopter must mutually agre
