Poppy was adopted from a woman I worked with at an animal hospital. She had taken him in after his
owner decided they no longer wanted dogs. Upon meeting Poppy, I instantly fell in love with his
friendly, laid-back personality. Despite being a senior, poppy is very active. He enjoys going on walks and
playing with his brother Sawyer. Poppy has very few teeth and so his tongue sometimes sticks out to the
side giving him a very cute expression. He loves treats and people food. Poppy is a great cuddler and nap buddy. He has no major health concerns. He does have some arthritis and cloudy eyes. He is also a little hard of hearing, but otherwise perfectly healthy. Because of his small size, Poppy would do best in a home without small children or large, energetic dogs.
