My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Aeris, pronounced like Heiress. She will come with food and water bowls, a crate, toys and a used cat tree. We love her so much but our lives have changed so much over the 7 years we've had her and she is not happy anymore. When we first adopted her as a kitten she was an only child. She was wonderful, well-behaved, cuddly and playful and I think she wants to be an only child again or be in a calm home. She comes out to cuddle and get attention when everyone in the house is quieting down and going to sleep. She hates our other girl cat, but maybe she'd do ok with a male cat? She hasn't been around one. And tolerates our dog when the dog is calm but runs and hides when anyone gets excited or loud. Our house has 2 cats, a dog and 2 toddlers and it's too much for her. We are moving out of state and know this transition is not what's best for her. We want her to be happy again and we know we are not the right home for her anymore.
