Hi guys! My name is Bosco and I'm a 5 year old German Shepherd boy who came into the shelter in November! I'm a very energetic boy who loves to play and go outside, but I also really like to take naps in the afternoon, so I'm hoping to find a home with someone who can accommodate both my playful and lazy sides. I'm also very strong, so someone who can hold my leash with confidence is important as well. If you're interested in meeting me, please call my friends at the shelter to set up a meet and greet time! The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.
