This supports all rescue dogs for vetting, foods and whatever they need.
We are all volunteers.
Izzy is a 3 year old, 6 lb. SMALL, full ShihTzu surrendered by a breeder. Izzy is a sweet, quiet, devoted love bug and someone will be lucky to adopt her. She loves riding in the car and staying close to her human. She listens well and would do well when you train her to do fun things. She is quiet and not a barker. We will add more and better pics shorter, but wanted to get this process started although not the best picture, sorry. She is presently in Arkansas with our foster and will be in Rhode Island for meetings on Dec.8 for meetings. We will choose our applicants as soon as we see a match and phone you of our intent to set up a meet and greet SO DO NOT DELAY, WE ACT IMMEDIATELY.
IZZY is fully vetted, microchipped and spayed.
OUR PROCEDURE: We will choose the dog's possible family as soon as we see a match. We will phone you and further discuss . The dog will be in Rhode Island for a meet and greet. Please realize, it is our goal to get the dogs into the right homes as soon as possible and no shows are not good for the dogs and other serious dog families.
If you can provide a FABULOUS home please file our free application (see link above) and tell us why we should let you adopt our wonderful rescue. The more you tell us the better picture we have of the home you can provide for our rescue
Once we have reviewed your application and think it is a match we will notify you. Please understand that as these dogs are fostered we do get to know them and have a good idea of their forever home. We do save applications, but you may put multiple names on one application. If you have already applied in the past, then please send us a message with your name and what dog you are now interested in being considered for and we will pull off the server. We do not choose by a first come first serve basis. So if the dog is still up on the site, consider the dog AVAILABLE. We do take down quickly when adopted. If you don't see any information you need to know, we probably don't have an answer....like cats...idk...
