In foster in Puyallup, WA
Boston is a 17-week-old Border Collie mix. He is the one in the litter that looks most like a White dog but has the Collie activity level. The momma dog is a pure-bred Border Collie and she is a farm dog that herds goats. Boston was born on a farm. Boston is one of the bigger pups in the litter. All the boys are bigger than the girls. He and Marcos are the most active boys. These pups should be 47 pounds full grown is our best estimate. The other parent is a mystery. The momma is a farm dog and herds the goats. Boston has medium length coat and it is nice and soft. The pups like water, are affectionate and smart. They were good getting their bath and Boston is quiet when you pick him up and a ball of energy on the ground. He has the beautiful longer coat like the Border Collie. He is smart and will be a fun boy to train. We would like someone who has owned the working breed or a border collie or is very knowledgeable about working breeds. People who have had a BC do love this breed. He is good in his litter playing and is more energetic than the black and white boy. Today he got his first round of vaccines and his Nexgard. He is fixed, up to date on shots, etc. He was turned in by the person that had the female mother Border Collie. These pups are precious and would be fine with children or other dogs. We like the children to be 8 or older. We will set up a meet and greet with an approved application. His adoption fee which included transport is $550. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpal.info/ See his cute video!!
