What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Nelly Belly is a 2 and 1/2 year old cat. She is very petite, gentle and quiet. She barely meows but every once in a blue moon she will let out a squeak. She is very cuddly and loving, I have never met a cat with a more gentle and calm manner than Nelly's. She is playful and loves to be played with. But she is also extremely anxious and she gets startled and scared very easily.
She doesn't have any special needs — she has a history of seizures but the vet could not find a cause for it; it could be related to her anxiety levels or it could be genetic. It doesn't happen frequently.
The reason I am re-homing Nelly is due to the fact that my family and I are moving into a new apartment and we already have another cat. Primarily, however, is due to the fact that Nelly isn't able to get along with our other cat, Hana. Hana is very territorial, despite Nelly being here for 2 years. Nelly spends alot of time avoiding Hana and she's always anxious. She deserves to live freely and comfortably.
