After spending lots of time with his foster fam, we think we know the ins and outs of the kinda guy Hitch is- including his breed ancestry! He's a strong dude with lots of energy, and would love a family who loves to go places n' do things! That doesn't mean he won't also tuck in for a snuggle, though. Belly rubs rank among his favorite things! Other faves include a good game of fetch, lots of tug-of-war, and who could forget squeaky toys? (Hitch can't!)
Currently, Hitch shares his space with kitties, kiddos, and another playful pooch! As a matter of fact, we're pretty sure he'd love to have all these in his new home, as well! Partners for Pets is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue located in Troy, IL. Since our opening in 2003, Partners for Pets has rescued and re-homed over 21,000 cats and dogs, who would have otherwise been euthanized in local area animal control facilities. Partners for Pets works diligently to help local area animal control facilities reach no-kill status by opening our doors to the neglected, sick, weak, and injured. No matter their chances of survival, we do everything in our power to give these animals a second chance at life-a life that is full of the love, care, and compassion that they were lacking before.
