My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

JULIA | F | ~ 1.5 YRS | SHEPHERD x | 50 LBS

YES! KIDS
YES! ADULTS
YES! DOGS
YES! CATS

From her foster mom: "Captivating good looks, warm and soulful eyes and the personality of solid Gold - that's my foster babe Julia in a nutshell! ?. This girl is truly one of a kind and I'm convinced is an earth doggo angel! She is sweet and kind to all life forms, and gets along great with all humans big and small, all dogs and cats too! Julia was rescued by Cause4Paws from an outdoor shelter in a remote island in Greece. She was found tied to the entry doors and at the tender age of 5 months. This sweetheart practically grew up in the shelter until she caught her freedom flight to Canada thanks to a flight angel who offered their help to spring Julia out of the shelter life ?. Julia is a little shy when meeting new people, but she wants to love and be loved SOOOOO badly. Once she warms up to you, she inches closer and closer for pets and never wants the cuddlefest to end! She has fully embraced her new life in Canada, and our princess here now enjoys the finer things in life like homemade chicken stew, lounging on the couch and sleeping in human beds ?. She lives with several foster fur siblings and has formed a unique bond with each and every one of them. She chooses who to play with, who to cuddle with and who to just sit side by side with for company. She is a champion at dog daycare and lovvvvvvves the dog park. She is so calm and chill at home but turns into a totally playful goofball when she's wrestling and romping with her dog pals ? She is a true chameleon and can adapt to any household and any personality of resident dog as well! She is housetrained, crate trained, so polite and quiet in the home, walks well on a martingale collar and leash, and sleeps through the night. She is an ABSOLUTE dream dog and whoever has the privilege of getting to call this sweetheart their furchild has truly won the dog lottery ?. Julia's ideal home would be a relatively calmer household (as loud noises and too much hustle & bustle can make her a bit nervous), with a resident dog (or two or three :)) to continue to show her how to dog, and hoomans who have lots and lots of love to give. She is truly a rare gem and we will all miss her dearly when she gets adopted, but she deserves nothing less than being the centre of someone/a family's universe.... if this sounds like you, fill out an application ASAP and come meet my sweet sweet Jules ?"

Julia has been spayed, health checked, up to date on all vaccinations and is more than ever ready to find her furever home! Thanks to her AMAZING foster family, she had the softest landing and has learned a lot of skills and basic training and how it feels to be a cherished member of a family. She's ready to steal your heart and home. Who's looking for a little Juju in their life? ?
