Say hello to Chester Drawers. Found as a stray, Chester is about ten years old. He has been through a lot, and is partially deaf but it doesn't slow him down. He loves to walk around his foster parents backyard and sniff and smell, but when its time to come in and get head scratches, he is right there with the best of him. Chester has been neutered, gotten a dental and also had a small tumor removed from his chest. He is HW-, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He would love to be in a home with another unassuming dog or even by himself, as long as there are treats and head scratches to be found. Apply at apply.neshamarescue.org

Our mission is to promote the rescue and adoption of companion animals, with a focus on senior and special needs pets. We believe every soul has intrinsic value and we seek to help communities see that value to create a kinder world.
