Sweet Chevy has blossomed into the coolest little pup who loves to frolic, explore the great outdoors and meet new friends. He's a super friendly little boy, loving people large and small as well as other dogs. He's also done well with his foster's senior cat. Smart and sociable, Chevy has already learned "sit", "watch", "wait", "place" and is excelling in his leash walking skills.

Chevy was born approximately 8/21/23. Although a young dog, he has a wise, "old soul" personality and studies both his surroundings and his people intently, eager to please and learn new skills and games. His foster mom reports that he has brought great joy and laughter to his foster home. A resilient little guy, he shows remarkable confidence and curiosity in the world around him. He is already a great hiking and walking buddy and enjoys his many encounters with other pups and peeps.

Before Chevy arrived at Almost Home Dog Rescue, he had been hit by a car and required surgery for a damaged hip. Chevy came through his surgery with flying colors and has fully completed his rehabilitation. He's energetic, bouncy, playful and ready to spread joy in his new forever home!
