My name is Bella Mia and as you can see, I am a beautiful golden girl that smiles and welcomes everyone I meet with an open heart of friendship. I am a German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix that is obviously going to be large and just bigger to love. They say I was born around February 11, 2023 and for sure I am still very much a puppy even though I weigh 76 pounds. They whisper behind my back and say that “she is a very smart girl” and that makes me want to be even smarter. I try to keep my sweet personality showing out there 24/7 even though I am competing for attention from my other large and in charge siblings. I am learning things but my foster family is busy and they are just maintaining good care for me and my large siblings. I have energy to burn and I need a fenced yard to run in and someone that will focus on teaching me. I need a loving and training oriented family who loves to bring a dog from A to Z status. I survived a very tough start in life and am one of 12 siblings. Only six of us survived. I like fun, lots of activity and the hustle and bustle of family. I need a fenced yard that is 6 ft. tall and it would be best to have me with children who are over 8 years of age because of my large exuberant size. Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website.
