Twitch and Trinity are two kittens that were born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH). That doesn't hold them back from being sweet, playful, cuddly kittens!
Cerebellar hypoplasia is a developmental condition in which the cerebellum of the brain fails to develop properly. The cerebellum is the portion of the brain that controls fine motor skills, balance, and coordination. The condition is not painful or contagious. Kittens with cerebellar hypoplasia are not infectious to other kittens or cats, are not in any pain, and will learn to adapt to their disability over time. Because of their uneasy step, they should have an environment that will protect them from falls.
All of our cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, had age appropriate vaccines, dewormed and flea treated before heading off to their forever homes. If you're interested in adopting, visit our all cat rescue located in front of Detroit Beach in Monroe, Mi.
