Upon first look Grover may seem to be a bit of a grouch. His appearance doesn't do him any favors, with the wild hair of a classic mad scientist and the eyes of a dog that thinks a bit to much. Under this shell is a truly sweet dog, so long as you take the time to get to know him. Grover is a fifteen pound neutered male Chihuahua/Shih Tzu mix, so he's on the smaller side of life. As Grover opens up with us we learn more and more of what he likes, such as hot dogs and back scratches. He will need potty training and socialization. This boy would love a home where he can open up and bond with his person, to show his true loving personality.
