My story

Indy is about 3 years old, 65 lbs.

Indy has a medium energy level and loves his walks. He's very scent driven and would make a fabulous adventure companion. Indy has also a fantastic food drive which helps greatly with his training.
He knows how to walk on leash, understands basic commands, is "place" trained, crate trained, and fully potty trained. Indy has also been taught how to run next to a bike and loves it.
Indy has a more independent nature and enjoys affection but is not needy. We think he will do best in a child free home as he likes his space. Indy does well with other dogs and has participated in playgroups at the shelter. However, he'd be a great single dog as he doesn't really like to play initially and rather do his own thing. He can exist beautifully around other dogs though. Indy will need a large dog experienced home and one who understands that dogs thrive with structure, guidance, rules, and boundaries. He's a smart boy and needs an owner committed to continuing his training. If you're looking for the perfect adventure buddy, Indy is your boy! He is confident and loves to explore, no matter the conditions!
