Meet Echo, a fantastic addition to your family. He’s a one-year-old German Shepherd mix who’s the perfect combination of adventurous, playful, and cuddly. Found wandering on the streets, we suspect he was dumped and left to fend for himself against coyotes and cars. He was shy, but in just a couple weeks in his foster home, he’s come out of his shell and is letting his personality shine.

He’s great with other dogs and young kids. He’s already house trained. Since he was possibly abandoned, he gets nervous when he’s left alone for long periods of time. He loves going on walks, going to the dog park and walks well on a leash. He’s also perfectly happy sitting on the couch and cuddling with his person. He has a lot of love to give!

Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
