Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bosco is a 2 year, 60lb, sweetheart who has completed board and train and has been fine tuning his manners. He has been working daily on learning to live in a home and learn to be a dog. He is much more comfortable now that he has settled in the home and is gaining confidence daily.
Potty training is going very well and he has picked up the rules pretty quickly.
He plays with his foster brothers and sisters. He requires very slow introductions to new dogs because new things do make him nervous. He LOVES to play with ropes inside and outside the house. He can be a bit resource guarding of the rope inside but his foster has worked the “trade up game.”
He is very sweet and loves attention. His basic
obedience is very good and he enjoys nightly walks with his foster mom. While some things still make him nervous outside, he goes outside with his foster mom on an 8ft leash and is monitored at all times. This gives his foster mom the ability to guide him through his fears.
We think Bosco would do best in a home with a calm mannered dog who knows the ropes, and an owner who is willing to be patient and guide him through his transition period!
