Meet Wednesday, a feline resident of our shelter. This adult cat is no ordinary feline. She's smart, figuring out the best lounge spots, where the snacks are, and she's got a knack for counter surfing. She's also a bit shy, preferring to observe from a distance before making her presence known. But don't mistake her shyness for aloofness. Once she trusts you, you may final pet her head, but just once. She's also quite independent, content to entertain herself when you're busy. Wednesday doesn't need a castle to feel like a queen, just a loving home where she can be her unique self. Are you looking to adopt a new family member? We will provide as much information about each foster pet as possible. We have an application process and ask that you tell us a bit about yourself as well. We do our best to place the pet that is the best fit for you.
We foster our pets out of our homes and take the pets to adoption days. If there is not an immediate event coming up. We can make special arrangements for you to meet the fosters.

Our primary purpose is to assist people on state or federal aid with the cost of spay/neuter. We want to reduce the dog and cat overpopulation in the state of Michigan.
