Crouton was rescued from a park in Santa Ana.
Crouton is one of those rare buns that requires little to no adjustment period. He’s fully socialized, extremely affectionate, active, curious, fearless…
A social butterfly, Crouton will follow you around, eager to be a part of whatever might be going on. He is happiest when he’s being petted, and isn’t shy about asking! This handsome hunk of a guy is more than ready to blend into your family and bring you untold joy. Make your holidays hoppy this year!
He was neutered on November 1, 2023.
Crouton should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.
Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.
Crouton can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore.
PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
