My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This strong and beautiful Hound/Lab mix puppy is called Lilly Anne.  Found at a very poor rural County Shelter in Tennessee, she was taken home by a family who was in hopes  that she would be the perfect puppy for their family and  young children.  She was just not a puppy for such young kids after all, so the family tried some training  to see if she would not be so active with the children.  What Lilly Anne needs is a family or person with another adult dog who she can use as a good role model, mature people in the family and a strong sense of how to train her as she grows.  She is such a great and smart puppy that just needs some focus from an environment that is not busy tending to raising young children who need guidance first and foremost.  She has learned a lot in the 3 months with the new family and now at 6-7 months  of age, she is housebroken, crate trained,  knows the basic commands and really a much calmer and more steady girl.  She just doesn’t play soft enough for the young children and needs a very active parent or parents that will help her play hard, love deep and mind her P’s and Q’s.  This girl will be a beautiful 50-55 pound adult and is already blossoming into a striking girl. If you are interested please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   She is ready for a new chapter in her life.    Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.
