Those eyes!!! Wow, just wow! That’s what everyone says the minute they meet Shoshana, a 2-year old, 55-pound Pit Bull mix who is as snuggly as she is sweet.
Shoshana comes pre-packaged with lots of good stuff already downloaded. She’s fully housebroken, she travels well, she understands the art of relaxation, and she’s a master fetch player! A big fan of long walks and trips to the dog park, Shoshana has good energy, but not in an over-the-top way. After some stimulation, just show her a couch, a bed, or a big pillow, and she’ll turn into a lazy meatball. You set the tone, and she will follow your lead.
Shoshana gets along nicely with humans, and interacts well with other dogs. At home, she needs a minute or two to assess unfamiliar visitors, but once she’s had a chance to sniff and say hello, she’s all in. Belly rubs, petting and cuddling are definitely wanted and welcome.
A squirrel enthusiast , Shoshana gets super stoked whenever she spots one of those spunky little creatures. While out and about, Shoshana loves smelling all the exciting aromas, she is well-mannered toward people on her route, and she is generally curious and interested in her surroundings.
In the house, Shoshana will watch over you, follow you around while you do your chores, or just chill out when she knows nothing too exciting is going on. She lives for love and affection, and in return, is equally attentive, loyal, and loving. She is easy to be with and even easier to adore. And those eyes of hers will get ya every time!!!

PupStarz Rescue is an animal welfare group committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs and cats in public shelters at high risk of euthanasia, as well as those in danger of abuse. We are committed to rescuing as many animals as possible, saving over 2,600 dogs and cats since 2015.
PupStarz Rescue is a foster-based rescue, relying on fosters to open their homes and lives to our Animals. Animals in our care receive proper medical care, including alteration, vaccinations, and microchipping.
Following a thorough screening, our animals are placed in loving, responsible, committed forever homes. PupStarz Rescue ensures that adoptions are an appropriate match for both the animal and their new family by educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a furry companion into their lives.
We are committed to the welfare of our "Starz" beyond the adoption process. We maintain open communication with our adopters to ensure a smooth transition, and offer additional support such as positive training techniques.
Founded in 2015, PupStarz Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)3, no-kill, animal rescue organization.
