He has the softest fur, a heart of gold, and a purr that could rival that of a lion. He is a cat that really does not need any other animal in the home, even though he loves his kitty siblings and his foster family’s dog. Hyperactive young kiddos or hyperactive pups are probably not the best for this little guy as they can sometimes become overwhelming to his delicate sensibilities. This little fluffy boy does not have a specific favorite toy, but he does like his cat tree as he likes to be at face level with his people. This provides the prime position for him to have a deep and thought-provoking conversation of meows and purrs with you, as well as to see his people’s beautiful faces whenever they are home. Ernie is a cat that just needs his person (or few people) and a good cuddle. No toys. No other animals. Just his people. He is a cat that would be utterly content to just have someone that is home all day to shower him with all the love and attention that they possibly can give. The best way to describe Ernie is that he is the life of the party. You cannot help but pay attention to him! When he wants your attention, he will definitely make it known by casually draping himself in your lap and looking up at you with his utterly content gaze, or he will go bouncing sideways across the room with a chorus of chirping meows before high tailing it after one of his siblings. Mister Ernest has a face that will just melt your heart, one look and you will never be able to look anywhere else but at him.
