My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’ve come a long way since I was found at 5 weeks old, caked in mud behind an outdoor A/C unit. So, yeah, I'm tall, dark and handsome, smart and curious. I like to watch squirrels and birds from the window and chase after those huge gnats on the patio, you know? I also like to jump on top of the refrigerator, squirrel into the tiniest places and chase a laser until I fall down panting! I enjoy watching TV and pouncing on shadows on the wall (goofy, huh?).
My foster mom says I learn a routine and commands quickly. Sometimes I bite a little when I’m in play mode and when I don’t want to be picked up, but, you know, I’m a cat! My foster mom still kisses me on the head (though she says I’m not suitable for young kids).
I like to chase the sissy girl cat but I respect the boss lady cat (duh!). I probably would do well with gentle dogs if properly introduced. I really would like some buddies.
Before bedtime I like my routine of jumping high for a wand toy, eating a good meal, and then settling in my quiet room with my blankie for the night. Foster mom says I’m an angel when I’m sleeping! I’m learning to snuggle, and I like petting (my fur is supersoft) and to be in the same room with you.
I’ve been in training for 7 months now to be a good boy! Does your loving family have room for me?
