My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yin (ID#23057) & Yang (ID#23056)

DOB – 4/9/2023

Yin and Yang were rescued during a TNR operation. They came into foster care as shy 12-week-old kittens. It did not take long for the pair to adapt to indoor life, playing with other kittens and enjoying the love of humans.

Yin is a petite female who nurtures smaller kittens and Yang is a boisterous and talkative male who loves to wrestle with other fosters. They are the perfect formal pair - each sporting a unique silk black and white tuxedo. They are a social and loving pair who seek out human attention. They love snuggling, being brushed and making biscuits on a fuzzy blanket next to their foster mom. They both enjoy wands, springs, computer games, watching TV and soaking in the sun on the cat tree. In the evening, Yin and Yang cuddle to make biscuits and groom each other in an endearing display of affection. Each of them also look to the resident dog for warmth, snuggles and grooming. While they would love to be adopted together, either one of them would adapt well in a home with another cat or dog.

Together, they are the perfect set of twins to brighten your home. Don’t miss out on the love Yin and Yang have to share – fill out an application!

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80

If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.

Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent!
