Introducing Laverne!

Laverne is a sweet and tiny fearful girl (about 30 lbs) who is looking for a foster or adopter. She is estimated at 2-3 years young. The loud shelter is pretty overwhelming for her and she would much rather spend her time snuggling with her people and eating snacks.

Laverne may enjoy another dog friend but also finds dogs scary so slow and possibly multiple introductions may be needed. Older kids may be a good fit for Laverne, cats are unknown at this time. She would love a family who would go at her pace and slowly open her world. She recently got a shelter break with one of our volunteers and got to experience life in a home. What we found out is she is a huge cuddle bug couch potato
