Tootsie (a.k.a. "Little Girl") is a high-energy snuggle bug. She is less than a year old, so is full of puppy energy and is still working on things like potty and kennel training. She weighs 6 lbs.
She is very affectionate and loves cuddles when it is time for nap time. She is great with other dogs, and loves meeting new humans. She has been fostered with other dogs and cats, and does well with both. Her favorite games are fetch with humans and chase with dogs.
Tootsie will do best in a home with other small dogs to play with, but without small children.
