Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Hundo!!!
Hundo’s adoption includes 10 FREE walks courtesy of Emily Says Sit if he is adopted in Baton Rouge or surrounding areas!
Hundo is 3 years old (DOB: 9/10/2020) and approximately 80lbs. Hundo is HW negative, current on vaccines, neutered, potty trained and kennel trained. He is working on his leash manners with his fosters. Hundo was surrendered to the shelter by his previous owner and was quickly placed on the euthanasia list soon after because he developed an awful yeast infection from his untreated allergies. Thankfully, we had a foster step up and quickly ran to the shelter to pick him up 15 MINUTES before his scheduled euthanasia. Hundo has spent the last 3 weeks undergoing treatment for a yeast infection that covered his entire body. He is doing very well and his skin is clearing up! He is a very smart, sweet and happy boy. All hundo wants is to be with his person all the time. He is just a huge love bug and everyone that has met him has fallen in love with him. He loves his toys and loves to snuggle. Hundo doesn’t seem to be bothered by cats but we think he would prefer to be the only dog in the home. We do think he may be okay with a submissive dog. It would really depend on the home and the other dog in the home. He just wants all the attention. Hundo has a severe chicken allergy and also has environmental allergies. He is on a sensitive skin food that has no chicken in it. He is also on Apoquel for his allergies and must remain on that medication for the rest of his life. Please consider opening your heart and home to Hundo.
