My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Waylon, a charming and unique pup in search of his forever home. Waylon has a heart that yearns for the great outdoors, making him an ideal candidate for a farm setting where he can thrive. He's happiest when he's soaking up the sun and feeling the breeze in his fur.

Waylon's independent spirit shines through as he shows a preference for the open air and a life spent outdoors. He's not one for car rides, but who needs them when you have acres to explore? Waylon has shown remarkable compatibility with both feline and canine companions, proving that he's a team player ready to embrace a new pack.

This 82-pound, 5-year-old sweetheart is a true gem. He's proven himself to be a gentle giant who adores the company of kids and adults alike. Waylon's loving nature knows no bounds, and his eyes light up with hope as he dreams of a forever family to call his own.

He comes equipped with all the essentials for a healthy start in his new home. Waylon has been microchipped and received thorough health checks, including a 4DX test, DHLPP vaccinations, and rabies vaccination. It's worth noting that he has tested positive for Lyme disease, but he's already undergone treatment with 30 days of Doxycycline, showing his resilience and eagerness to overcome any obstacle.

Waylon's journey has led him from the county pound to Crossed Paws, and now he's ready to take the next step – finding his forever family. His adoption fee has been sponsored.  If you're ready to open your heart and home to a devoted companion who dreams of wide-open spaces and endless love, consider welcoming Waylon into your life. Together, you can create a bond that will last a lifetime.
