"Improving all lives by saving four-legged companions" Chelsea's Chariot rescues pregnant and/or nursing strays and provides proper care, socialization, and basic training through our community based Rescue Reader's Program. In addition to various literacy offerings and adoptions, we also provide exclusive boarding for our customers and donors.
