Scrappy:
Watch out! Scrappy will definitely melt your heart! He is the friendliest, sweetest, cutest, most affectionate dog! He is also very playful. He loves to play fetch, and his cute little ears flop up and down as he trots to go get the toy. After retrieving the toy, he takes it to his bed to clean up, which is so cute and funny! Scrappy loves people and makes everyone feel very special. He loves to snuggle. Also, he is a quick learner and food motivated. Scrappy is good with other dogs too, and loves to play with them. Mostly housebroken and very lovable.
Scrappy arrived with a small "cherry eye", a non-painful condition, third eyelid just needs to be tucked back in surgically (really a cosmetic surgery). Surgery is scheduled for April and will be covered by the rescue, will discuss more with an approved applicant.

The adoption fee is $425, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative and spay/neuter. Puppies under 6 months of age may go to adoptive homes before they are spayed/neutered with a spay/neuter contract. Adopters who choose to adopt a puppy that has not yet been spayed/neutered are subject to an additional deposit of $100 (refundable upon proof of spay/neuter prior to the contracted date.) Included in the adoption fee, the rescue will arrange spay/neuter by a partner vet at a predetermined appointment when the puppy is between 7-9 months of age. It is the responsibility of the adopter to bring the adopted puppy back to the rescue vet for spaying/neutering or, if they choose, to send verification from their own vet (at the adopter's own cost) that the puppy had been spayed/neutered. All of our dogs will be microchipped.

We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging. Currently check, cash or venmo is preferred payment.-
