Hey there, I go by the name Smokey, and I`m one daring little bunny with a stunning gun-metal gray coat that`ll leave you in awe. Trust me, my sisters are totally jealous of my style! We started off as strays but lucked out with a wonderful foster home. Now, after plenty of playtime and hanging out together, it`s time for us to find our forever homes.
Are you in search of a spirited little rabbit to bring some joy into your life? Well, look no further because I could be your gal! At not even 5 months old, I`m not set in my ways, so there`s plenty of room for us to create amazing memories together. Interested in giving me a shot? I`m up for the challenge too! You can foster to adopt me – it`s a breeze. I`ll come home with you, equipped with all the necessities, and we`ll see if we make the perfect match. And hey, if you`re up for it, you could even bring me home with one of my sisters. They`re cool, but let`s be real, I`m the cooler one! Reach out to our foster mom through the contact details below to meet us.
For adoption or foster inquiries and more details about me, reach out to shelter rabbit volunteer Jenny at 213-215-4758 or WonderBuns805@gmail.com. Jenny provides complimentary foster/adoption support and care counseling for anyone interested in welcoming house rabbits into their homes.

More about this shelter
Volunteers needed now. Are you an animal lover, do you have a couple of hours each week to volunteer? Many opportunities available. Work with dogs, cats, bunnies, office work, fostering and more. For more details on volunteering contact Michelle Maltun at (805) 345-5741.
We care for stray and homeless animals, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, rabbits and other animals such as chickens, guinea pigs or iguanas. We always hope the family will come to reclaim their lost pet, but if not, we work to find a loving new family for them.
We ensure that dogs are current on their rabies vaccination and license.
At Animal Services, our goal is to ensure that all the animals in our County have a safe place to live. We work hard to find loving homes for the many dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals that come into our care. Together, with community partners and concerned citizens, we are making sure that all these animals have a "Forever Home!"
