Dax is a handsome 13yo boy, buff colored, who came to us from a household with four doggie brothers. He is a lovebug and a lap cat. He's never happier than when he's snuggling up to me. Well, except when the food comes out. Then he's snuggling up to the food. He is beautiful and healthy.

He's a big boy at 16 lbs, but has a large frame so he looks bigger. Because of his size, he was also very matted, and was very sensitive about his back end because it was painful. He had a lion cut, but the sensitivity remained. He’s currently on Cosequin twice daily and I think he feels better, so there’s a little arthritis there. He doesn’t mind the medication because he gets a treat afterward!!!

He is not dominant, so he just slid right into the general population like he'd always belonged. If you're looking for a little shadow, lap cat, snuggle buddy then Dax is for you!
