Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Peaches is a 2-year-old beagle who weights 28 pounds. She was transported to Houston from the Rio Grande Valley after being hit by a car. She has recovered well from a broken pelvis and from right leg and is ready to find her forever home!
She is very sweet and playful. She gets along great with foster siblings, and she loves toys but her purpose on earth is to chase squirrels.
Peaches is house broken and sleeps in her bed in foster parent’s bedroom. She follows her foster mom everywhere and she gets anxious when foster mom leaves the house. Peaches is not a fan of the crate therefore she barks and gets anxious when she is left in the crate.
Peaches is fearful of loud sudden noises, and she is shy when meeting new people but quickly warms up to you once she knows you are a friend!
Once Peaches catches a scent, her nose will hit the ground and she will be off. Always walk her with a harness and keep a tight hold on that leash!
Peaches likes to bark and is loud so no apartment for her.
If you are ready for some beagle kisses and love, sweet Peaches is ready to bring joy to your life
