My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org

Madeleine - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life!

The madeleine is a French cake like pastry, sweet and perfectly paired with coffee, tea or cocoa. The big difference is they are soft and spongy not crumbly. Hey, me too!! And the best part is, you can have your very own Madeleine with your morning beverage every single day!!!

I'm about 2 years old, coming to the rescue just in time with a litter of puppies. They are now at the age for them to have their very own families and It's now my turn to have one also. I was a great mom and took very good care of my kids but it's time to take a breather and get me some one on one lovins and I wouldn't say no to a few belly rubs also! I'm still quite playful and enjoy my playtime but I'm out of the puppy destructive stage, which just means I'm always ready for adventures but if you happen to leave your shoes out they should be safe with me.

I am super affectionate and love my people. I also do fabulously with the other pups here at my foster home. I haven't met any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet but with my sweet nature and if introduced properly I should do ok with them too. I am working on my house training skills but will use a potty pad. I'm getting the hang of going outside and should have it down in no time. And I am crate trained.

At my 12lbs I am a pawsome size for taking neighborhood strolls, walks to the local coffee shop, being your co-pilot for errand runs or trips to the park. I'm also quite snuggly and will make a great lap warmer, with my size you'd barely notice me on the couch or the recliner with you.

With my mixed hairytage I have a very short sleek beautiful coat that will make me low maintenance in the grooming department. And you do know what that means don't you? Yep, yep, it gives us lots of extra time in the 'spoil me rotten' department. My favoritest time, you and me time!!

If you're in need of a little sidekick that is more then happy to accompany you with whatever you might want to do, I could just be that pup!! All you have to do is stop scrolling, fill out my adoption application and I'll do the rest!

My little family includes - Margot, Jacques(adopted) and Suzette
