Looking at Tankie, it is easy to guess that he has had a difficult start, but good Samaritans found him, took him in and provided the vet care he needed for his second chance.

The family that found him tell us he gets along with dogs his own size and larger, he loves humans big & small and he is potty trained.

Please visit our website and complete an adoption application for review. We are open by appointment only and look forward to meeting you.

Meet the Pet

Once your applicaton has been approved you will be invited to select a time to meet your potential pet.

We are looking for responsible, warm-hearted people to give our dogs the wonderful homes they deserve. Our adoption process is thorough but fast. We focus on making the best match between you and the right dog. To adopt, you will need to:

1. Complete the Adoption Application.
2. Meet the dog you want to adopt.
3. Show proof that you can have a dog in your home (lease, mortgage, letter from landlord).
4. Sign our Adoption Agreement and pay an Adoption Fee.

However we host regular adoption pop-ups at Pet Food Express Sonoma (Saturday's 11am-2pm) and on the first Sunday of the month can be found at Pet Food Express, 1975 Market Street, San Francisco.
