***Don't pass me by! I am free to adopt the entire month of April!
Carmen is a spunky 11 year old! She loves to kiss faces and roll around to get her belly rubbed. She has a huge smile and an even bigger heart! Carmen is house trained, crate trained and gets along well with other dogs. She always listens and is very respectful. Carmen loves treats and is very food motivated. Carmen is a goofball. She will, no doubt, wiggle her cute butt right into your heart. Carmen is a true ambassador for the breed and is waiting to fill that empty spot in your home.
She wanted to chase cats the first time we showed her them. It's probably best if she goes to a kitty-free home. She may not jump a fence due to her age, but in her early years she had jumped fences, so a 6' fence is recommended.
Carmen can get over zealous about her ball and sometimes get a bit too close to your hand when playing. She doesn't mean any harm by this, but we recommend no kiddos under 5, due to that mouthiness when she gets focused on her ball.
