My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING**

🐾 Seeking a loving home for Po, our 60lb, 4.5-year-old cuddlebug Staffordshire/Hound mix from Kauai. We met him when we took him on a “field trip” from the shelter on our honeymoon. We fell in love instantly so when we got the call that he was going to be euthanized due to overcrowding, we did not hesitate to have him flown to us immediately. Po is an exceptionally gentle soul, loves human interaction, other dogs and adores kids. He's well-trained (potty trained, no leash pulling, sit, stay, shake, go to your bed, leave it, sleeps in a crate) responsive to commands, and a quick learner. Ideally, he'd thrive in a home where he's not left alone for long periods. He will need a retired or stay at home member of his household. He absolutely adores human interaction and needs it. Because of this, he does also have a bit of separation anxiety from living in a shelter and being abandoned so many times. He needs an owner that is willing to put in the time to work with him on this and build trust. He is the most cuddly, affectionate dog we’ve ever met and spends most of the day on his back asking for belly rubs. He needs a home with consistency, structure and a routine because he’s nervous after living in a shelter with uncertainty and instability. Unfortunately, we need to rehome him due to our existing dog's reactivity. Po deserves a peaceful, stable environment to flourish. If you can provide him with love, consistency, and a forever home, please reach out. He has up to date medical records, vaccines and is microchipped. We are so in love with this boy and want the absolute best for him! 🏡

Please contact Patricia for more information, olveiry@yahoo.com. Please tell us a bit about the type of home you can provide for Po when emailing us.
