My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ivy showed up around our house last spring. She had been dropped out on our country road. I found her getting into our trash (the second time), and after coaxing her for awhile got a rope on her. She relaxed quickly when she knew I wasn't gonna hurt her.

She's been great with our toddlers. She had a warming up period with the cat, but they're fine now. She's good with our other dog 90% of the time, but she'll mess with our little dog too much sometimes. This results in Ivy getting her but kicked to the point of drawing blood. She's VERY energetic, and needs more of an outlet than I can give her. I have three jobs, and just don't have time or money to get her the training she needs. She's a sweet dog, but I can't have them fighting like this around my girls.

I really hate relinquishing a dog. I've never done it before, but that's where we're at. She'll make a great dog for somebody who has the time to give her.
