BARC introduces Cagney to rescue. This little bulldog puppy was running down the middle of the street with his sister when a high kill shelter officer napped them. They were locked in the cat room so we brought them in. After their quarantene is up, they can be adopted. They are up to date on all shots, microchipped and rescue pays for neuter and rabies when they are old enough. This little fellow is calm but capable of a lot of fun play and interaction. He is smart and quick. He is small enough to integrate with the family cat and would love a child to play with.
