He's seeking a foster home that can provide transportation to veterinary appointments for his potential neurological condition. Apollo is presently accustomed to using wee-wee pads. It's important for Apollo to either be the sole dog in the household or be placed with an experienced foster family that can carefully manage gradual introductions with other pets.
