My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you have a lap to be warmed, I have a belly that needs to be rubbed! I’m Indy, a middle-aged terrier mix who’s likely around 6–8 years old and weighs in at 13 lbs. I’m a sweet fella who is the king of snuggles, but I would also love to jump around for a few minutes a couple of times a day. I am starting to really enjoy getting brushed because I get to make positive associations with the brush. I can be a bit of a picky eater and really like wet food waaaayyy more than kibble. I also think that string cheese is amazing! I love to go for short walks—but not so much in the rain. I may do ok with another similarly middle-aged pup friend who is looking for more of a companion as opposed to a playmate, and I’d also do great as your one and only! I’ve got a fresh dental (as of 12/11), I am neutered, microchipped, and I am up to date on my vaccinations! Hurry up and fill out an application for me today because I’m ready to snuggle up for the New Year!

Note: While we can't say that Indy is house-trained as he lives in a kennel environment, he seems to understand going outside to do his business and rarely does it in his kennel.
