My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Foggy is a Rottweiler mix puppy who is described as very smart, very sweet, energetic and very trainable. Treats serve as a great motivator for him. Foggy loves going for car rides, will be your little shadow and is always curious on what your are doing. He also loves to lay on the couch and watch movies with you. Potential adopters should keep in mind that Foggy is a 15-year commitment, but his love and companionship will undoubtedly make it worthwhile.

More about this shelter

The Aberdeen Area Humane Society serves the northern South Dakota and southern North Dakota area. We are here in the interests of animal welfare. We place homeless animals into good homes as well as rescue animals from abusive situations. We have a shelter facility just southwest of Aberdeen and house many animals while we try to find them good homes. We are a non-profit organization and are funded by memberships, donations, fundraisers and adoptions.

If you suspect an animal is being mistreated and/or abused, contact us. We will investigate or refer to the appropriate agency. Your call can be kept confidential and we will handle the rest.
