Bixby was found on the road all alone and emaciated. Fortunately he was taken into foster care with Catty Shack. Bixby has now become a very, very affectionate kitten. According to his foster mom she has found him to be very special. He is extremely loving and would like lots of attention. The best new home for him would be with a playmate.
